Hi everyone! Lot of news today.
The first one is that I'm working, along with Paolo Vallerga, to an expansion for 011. It will feature new events, new powers, and also new characters (yay! more miniatures!).

Me and my wife we're also back on the development of Sakura, a storytelling game set in the japanese Edo period.

Both designs will be in free playtest at Nova Ludica, a convention that takes place next 18 and 19 February in Noventa Padovana.
011 will be in demo (with expansion to) also at PisaCon 2012, the gaming convention of my city, 25 and 26 February in Pisa along with Andrea Angiolino's re-implement of his masterpiece, Wings of Glory, and some works by Michele Mura.

Salve a tutti! Un bel po' di novità, oggi.
La prima è che sto lavorando, insieme a Paolo Vallerga, all'espansione di 011. Ci saranno nuovi eventi, nuovi poteri, ma sopratutto nuovi personaggi (evvai! più miniature!).


Io e mia moglie siamo anche tornati al lavoro su Sakura, uno storytelling game ambientato nel periodo Edo, in Giappone.


Entrambi i design saranno in playtest libero a Nova Ludica, una convention che si svolgerà i prossimi 18 e 19 Febbraio a Noventa Padovana.

I'm really happy.

011 won a side award (best editorial project) into the "Best of Show" of Lucca Comics & Games, one of the most important italian fairs. The game is going really well (sold out both in Essen Spiel and in Lucca Comics & Games), and I'm really glad to see so many people playing it.
I will be a guest in GiocaTorino 2011, November 12\13. So, after Essen and Lucca, the "011 tour" continues!... I'm sure I will met a lot of new players and have a great time in Turin.

Sono davvero contento.

011 ha vinto un side award (miglior progetto editoriale) ai "Best of Show" di Lucca Comics & Games, una delle più importanti fiere italiane. Il gioco sta andando molto bene (sold out sia a Essen Spiel che a Lucca Comics & Games), e sono felice di vedere così tante persone che lo giocano.

Sarò ospite a GiocaTorino 2011, 12\13 Novembre. Quindi, dopo Essen e Lucca, lo "011 tour" continua!... Sono sicuro che incontrerò un sacco di nuovi giocatori e mi divertirò un sacco, su a Torino.

As many of you may know, 011, the new Scribabs boardgame, is going to be released in Essen Spiel 2011: the event will take place at Messe Essen from October 20 to 23.
I will be there to play and talk from Friday to Sunday.

I'm really excited about the release: the artwork is really evocative, the miniatures are great, the interest of both gamers and Therion fans is high... and most important - from my point of view - I'm really pleased about the gameplay of the final version of the game.

Scribabs also announced the release of a special handmade painted set of the nine miniatures of the game: a nice preview is avaiable on 011 Facebook Page.

Well, come and try the game in Essen Spiel 2011!

Come molti di voi sapranno, 011, il nuovo gioco da tavolo della Scribabs, sta per uscire a Essen Spiel 2011: l'evento avrà luogo nell'area Messe Essen dal 20 al 23 ottobre.
Sarò lì a giocare e a fare due chiacchiere da Venerdì a Domenica.

Sono molto contento dell'uscita del gioco: l'artwork è davvero evocativo, le miniature sono bellissime, l'interesse dei giocatori e dei fan dei Therion è alto... e ancora più importante - dal mio punto di vista - sono davvero soddisfatto dal gameplay della versione finale del gioco.

Scribabs ha anche annunciato l'uscita di un set di miniature dipinte a mano: una bella previewè disbponibile sulla Pagina Facebook di 011.

Insomma, venite a provarlo ad Essen Spiel 2011!
